WeLink by Wecode: your team’s digital identity, centralised on a single platform

In most SMEs, everyday digital identity (email signatures, business cards, profile pages, QR codes) is built up over time… and often ends up as a patchwork: inconsistent signatures, outdated visuals, obsolete information, and integrations cobbled together depending on the tools and the people involved. WeLink is the SaaS application we built at Wecode to solve this properly: a single platform to create, manage and deploy every team member’s professional identity — in just a few clicks, and at scale.

What does WeLink actually do?

For every team member, WeLink centralises:

  • Email signatures that are consistent and customisable (templates)

  • WeLink profile pages (professional micro-pages)

  • VCF cards (enriched digital business cards)

  • QR codes customised in your brand colours

  • Bulk export (ZIP / Excel) and branding options depending on your plan

Discover WeLink

The goal: standardise your image, cut down on wasted time and make your organisation self-sufficient through a simple dashboard.

On the Wecode side, WeLink is also part of our “visibility + credibility” packages, which explicitly include a WeLink® QR Code among our services.

Features, in detail

1) A “team-first” admin dashboard

WeLink is designed to manage teams: organisations, members, content, assets, exports. The promise is clear: “Your team’s digital identity. One platform.”

It notably includes management of:

  • organisations

  • members

  • signatures

  • QR codes

  • WeLink pages

  • VCF cards

2) Professional email signatures (and simplified rollout)

The Email Signatures module is at the heart of WeLink: creating, customising and rolling out consistent signatures across the team.

On the operational side, WeLink also publishes installation guides (e.g. Outlook and Gmail) to avoid friction during rollout.

3) WeLink Pages: “sales-ready” profile pages

Every member can have a configurable profile page, with action buttons and formatting aligned with your brand guidelines.

Typical use cases:

  • sales teams (booking meetings, brochure, WhatsApp / phone)

  • consultants (portfolio, services, testimonials)

  • HR teams (recruitment, job offers, contact)

4) Enriched VCF cards (business cards)

WeLink generates VCF Cards: digital business cards you can export individually or in bulk, useful for internal/external distribution, events, or onboarding.

5) On-brand QR codes (and real-world uses)

WeLink lets you generate customised QR codes (in your brand colours), typically linked to profile pages and VCF cards.

WeLink also documents “real-world” uses (badges, printed cards, materials, presentations, etc.) through its content.

6) Exports & scaling up

For teams, batch capability is a key factor: WeLink offers bulk export (ZIP / Excel) and productivity-focused workflows.

This also shows up on the go-to-market side (listings / directories): WeLink is positioned as “Email Signature Software” and “Digital Business Card”, which reflects the product’s DNA well.

Hosting & Swiss context

WeLink highlights its positioning as a “Swiss platform” and states that its plans include secure hosting in Switzerland.

Pricing: start free, then scale up

WeLink offers a simple, tiered pricing structure, including:

  • Solo: free (1 member)

  • Startup / Team / Business: monthly tiers, with included members and a cost per additional member

  • Enterprise: bespoke

Useful resources (guides, docs, best practices)

For your teams (or your IT department), WeLink maintains:

  • structured product documentation (Signatures, Pages, QR, VCF, Team management, API)

  • Guides & tutorials (installation, customisation, exports, roles/permissions)

  • a blog focused on best practices around digital identity

Why Wecode built WeLink

At Wecode, we build products and systems that reduce friction in SMEs’ day-to-day operations: brand consistency, automation, standardisation and internal tooling.

WeLink fits that logic: replacing scattered workarounds with a clear, manageable, scalable SaaS building block.
