1. About the Agency

Wecode is a web development, digital communication and graphic design agency, based in Geneva, operating under the company Adamas Group SA, whose sole owner is Bruno Studer. The registered office is located at Boulevard du Pont d’Arve 28, 1205 Geneva, Switzerland. The contact phone number is 022 535 90 15 and the email address is mail@wecode.swiss. Adamas Group SA is registered in the trade register under number CHE-442.653.670.

2. Nature of Services

Wecode offers a range of services, including the creation and redesign of websites, mobile app development, marketing campaign management, logo creation and any other service within its digital communication and graphic design expertise. The terms and conditions of each project will be defined on a case-by-case basis, based on a prior quote.

3. Deposit and Ownership

For every project undertaken, a deposit is required, the amount of which depends on the nature and scope of the work requested. All creations produced by Wecode remain the exclusive property of Adamas Group SA until all related invoices have been paid in full. No rights or materials will be handed over before payment is completed in full.

4. Changes and Revisions

The revisions included as part of projects are specified in the contractual terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one round of changes is granted. Any additional request for revisions or changes beyond what was contractually agreed will incur additional charges, applied at the maximum hourly rate of CHF 199. It is the client’s responsibility to request these changes clearly and within the agreed timeframe.

5. Timelines and Commitments

The timelines announced by Wecode are given for guidance only and cannot be absolutely guaranteed. They may change depending on the agency’s workload and the quality, accuracy and completeness of the information and materials provided by the client. Wecode reserves the right to extend these timelines without incurring liability.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Deposits paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. The client agrees to honour all payments due for the project, even in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance, for any project for which the deposit has been paid, must be settled within a maximum of 12 months following the initial deposit payment. In the event of early termination by Wecode, the agency reserves the right to abandon the project and refund the balance, taking into account the hours of work already carried out, which will be deducted on a documented basis.

7. Liability

Wecode accepts no liability for any system failure, error or malfunction after a project goes live or as part of ongoing support. It is the client’s responsibility to carry out regular checks and ensure the proper functioning of their infrastructure. Wecode cannot be held liable for any consequential or indirect damage, regardless of the circumstances.

8. Maintenance and Support

Maintenance services are available under contract. Clients without a maintenance contract should understand that their support requests may not be handled, except regarding access to their data or the retrieval of items hosted by Wecode. In addition, clients without priority support accept that response times may be extended depending on the agency’s workload.
